Assessment Costs

Contact us for details of assessment costs.

Assessment will include:

  • A comprehensive client visit at home and assessment
  • Evaluation of outcome measures and client wishes to determine level of input required
  • Development of client-centred, value based goals on which progress can be measured
  • A comprehensive assessment report with assessment details, goals and treatment plan
  • An estimated cost for service provision

Ongoing Costs

Estimated Costs will be provided after assessment. Costs for packages will vary according to client need and estimated costs may change as the package progresses. We will always keep the funding body/Case Manager informed of any changes to the estimated costs and obtain funding agreement before proceeding with treatment.

Where possible we aim to keep travel costs to a minimum so will aim to provide therapists who live as close as possible to the client. Some services and sessions can be provided using online services and where possible we will aim to use this facility. Some services are not suited to online sessions e.g., when showing a client specific exercises, accompanying a client to a workplace/leisure facility. Additionally, some clients may not find online sessions suitable or we may assess them as unsuitable for online provision.
